He has 6 years of hands-on working experience from 3 different donor funded programs and research projects. He gained experiences on Monitoring and Evaluation; Project Management; Database Management; Data Analysis; Computer application programming together with micro-controllers and sensors’ programming. He is well experienced in Project Management; designing and developing M&E plans and frameworks; research ethics and technics; participatory methods in M&E; systems and tools to track and measure programs implementation and Data Quality Assessment (DQA).
